Scared

Ok so I had a period the 18-23 of last month. I started spotting yesterday and still is today . Last time this happened I was having a miscarriage, I ain’t supposed to have my period until 10-11 days from now. What could possibly be wrong with me? Can a period start a week early .. it’s like I just came of my period but I’m having same symptoms as if I’m about to come on my period..
