No, if you’re only 7 dpo you won’t get a positive. I would wait until either AF shows (which she wouldn’t if you’re pregnant) or until you’re at least 12 dpo. Looks like you had a failed ovulation attempt around CD 14/15, and so ovulated late. It happens, I had two failed attempts last month and usually have a clockwork 29 day cycle.  Good luck!!
