33+3 today and a 20 min cardio + weight + mini band💪🏻 from weeks 14-30 I worked out 6 days a week. Since then I’ve dropped to 4 with a couple days of yoga and walking between. In 2 weeks I can say I consistently worked out for HALF my pregnancy 🙌🏻
