Gestational Diabetes
Okay all, so I finally got my results back and I do have Gestational diabetes. I know it’s not the end of the world but naturally I was upset. I know it’s nothing I could change or help and all that.
I eat pretty healthy already as it is so diet won’t be miserable to change but I am someone who HATES to eat the same thing a million times in a row. And I like the occasional sweet. I refuse to give up morning coffee too 😅 (obviously I’ll do whatever the nutritionist tells me).
I don’t get to see the nutritionist until Monday (longest week ever). Any tips, snacks or meals that helped you all through please help a FTM out 🙂
