Help me and V pls

Ok so, I discovered I had a vaginal boil and at first I wasn’t worry they come & they go but this one’s healing process taking longer than normal. I put nair on my V its pretty & smooth the only thing that’s there is the boil it’s healing up but not fast my bf wants to see me and I’ve been stalling DUE TO IT. any tips to hurry it up? I put a band-Aid over it so it can dry out but that’s not really helping... toothpaste? Help and tips to stop the boils.

Ps. I naired after the boil (bc I thought the hair Follicles went back into the skin creating the boil that’s when I naired.
