Birth Control recall

I was just on Facebook and saw that a drug company improperly placed the pills in the packs, so what women thought were the hormone pills, were sugar pills, and the sugar pills were hormones... 113 pregnancies resulted, and a lot of lawsuits. I'm seeing many varying opinions, that these women should not be suing over pregnancy... But after all isn't that what they were paying to avoid? Some women just aren't in the place to be pregnant due to whatever it may be, health issues or things they have going on... What are your opinions?
