Parent refuses to take me to see a doctor

I’m 15 years old and I’ve been peeing blood for 3 days. Not just a little bit of blood, like just straight up blood. I’m not near my period and I’m not sexually active.

Going to the bathroom is very painful and I feel sick. I’ve told my mom about this and she refuses to take me to the doctor and told me to just drink cranberry juice. I’m in pain and the blood is really fucking scary to me.

I don’t know what to do and my mom is just telling me that she doesn’t care and it’s not her problem.
