Help please

I'm going on my third month of clomid she upped me to 100ng this month because I've had to use provera do induce my period on the other two cycles .... My ibgyn said for me to take provera again starting when I get a positive opk for 10 days... I'm confused tho because it's suppose to shed your lining and start your period..... She says it'll keep what lining I do have.... Will it induce a period though???????
