What would you do?

I’ve been having contractions since 11 last night, 15-20 mins apart, vomiting and diarrhea. Went to the dr this morning and he told me that I was fine. That he would send meds for the nausea. He told me I could go to work and if I still feel the same when I get off at 5pm to then go to the hospital. Last pregnancy was twins I went into labor at 31 weeks the pregnancy before that went into labor at 25 weeks but baby did not survive. Would you ladies go to work or disregard him and go to the hospital?
