Implantation bleeding on patch birth control?

Hi. I first use patch birth control on April. I decided to skip my period by keep using patch in first week of June. I didn’t get my period at all or cramp at all. Till 4th of July, I start to feel cramp and now I have very light pink bleeding but didn’t go on my underwear. Every time I wipe toilet paper I always see light pink bleeding for three days in the row now. What is it?
