Is it back labor see description
I'm 39 weeks I have been having contractions since 35 weeks off and on very painful ones. These contractions now are much different then the ones I had with my first son. They tighten my stomach supper supper tight and it hurts a bit but at this point then my back starts to like throb and ache and then it goes away until another contraction comes my heart pounds and I get to breathing heavy. And sometimes it just starts hurting with out the contractions I'm about 3-4 cm
