I am 4dpo and have this pins and needles feeling, mostly in my left boob around the nipple. Ive been cramping ever since around the time that I should have ovulated. Is it too soon for this to be pregnancy related? I've never experienced this before...

Before I found out I was pregnant I kept getting sore nipples instead of boobs what I normally get so I knew something was different this time round xxxxx

Yes it's progesterone Implantation happens between 6-12 dpo and is usually 8-11 dpo then a few days for hormones to rise best not to symptom spot most symptoms in the tww are from progesterone
