I don’t feel pregnant anymore

I know this probably sounds off the wall but I’m currently 11 weeks 5 days and up until today I was having serious pregnancy symptoms. Food aversions, horrible nausea, headaches all day long, hungry very often and frequent urination. Today though felt different. I still have a headache, and I still got pretty hungry throughout the day (I did eat regular meals) but the nausea did not affect me today at all. And that’s something I’ve experienced since very early. Has anyone felt like this before ?
