could i be pregnant?

I have been experiencing some diarrhea every now and then for the past few weeks, (it started before my last period), and then i had sex the day before my last period began. since before that period started i’ve been seeing darkened nipples, and maybe a few hard spots in my breasts. i get nauseous every now and then but i also haven’t been taking my meds for my upset stomach. i haven’t rly had anything other than that, and my next period is supposed to start in 5 days. i’m worried that i may be pregnant and my anxiety has spiked that worry to a sky high limit. is there anyway that i could be pregnant? i haven’t had sex since the day before my last period.
