Worth Going To The Hospital?

I’m pregnant (38 weeks) & experiencing symptoms of the coronavirus. I’ve been having pain in my whole body , headaches , chills , and fever. I also lost my taste & smell. My question is should I head to the Er ? I been having pain for the past 2 days and it doesn’t seem to get better.

EDIT*** I called the emergency room , told them about my symptoms and that I’m pregnant. They said i should definitely head to the hospital considering I’m this far along and that there’s another human being involved. Thanks for everyone advice
