Swelling?

I'm 31 weeks. I just went to my doctor's today and everything is fine with baby. But tonight my husband was rubbing my feet and I don't have swelling that I can see. But when he pushed his fingers into my leg bone the skin went down and it didn't go back up like normal, it left kinda like a dent.. I never had this that I noticed.. what is going on.. it doesn't happen anywhere else, just where the leg bone is..

Swelling is normal as long as it doesn't get excessive

Super normal! If you experience sudden swelling in your face or hands it’s a concern, or if one leg is significantly more swollen than the other.

That’s called pitting oedema. Make sure you’re getting enough protein, not having too much sodium and increase fruits and vegetables for potassium. Carrot celery beetroot juice is good for example. And let your doctor know
