Has anyone had lower back pain, nausea & pees a lot and often?

•I want to add that my urine is clear and there is no pain when I pee. It’s the only reason I don’t think I have a UTI. I have been hospitalized for a kidney infection years ago but it doesn’t quite feel like that either.

• my bf and I had unprotected sex July 1st. he came inside me and I got a plan b the next day. I’m not on birth control either.
