Daughter won’t sleep

I am absolutely exhausted. My daughter has always had problems sleeping through the night but ever since she got over a fever it’s been way worse. I’m up every single hour. She will scream and call for me if I do not come to her. There’s nights I’m standing by her crib for over an hour until she closes her eyes to then Lay down and she wakes up screaming. All she wants is to fall asleep on the boob and I’m so sick of it. She’s 17 months old now and I just want my body back. Idk what to do, I’m emotionally drained I’m not getting any sleep and my patience is practically nonexistent. I’m the only one who comes to her, my bf works (I’m SAHM) and has never helped me in the night so each night and day it’s just me..

I love all the time I get with her but that’s all I have right now. No family near us, due to COVID we can’t do anything (I live in California) it’s been so hot lately we only go outside in the morning and night time once it has cooled down. I feel like such a child complaining like this but I really need to vent. I’m having a hard time staying positive lately.
