Hi
So I have this problem. I want to start running because I have really poor physical condition. I am healthy and all that, but I just can't run and whenever I run, I start breathing heavy really quickly. I am really self-conscious and insecure about myself. I hate to go outside and do things outside because I am afraid what people might say about my looks and other stuff. My anxiety goes 📈 whenever I have to do something like that. I really want to change that, but don't know how. Have any of you had this problem or similar problems and if you have, what helped you overcome them?
