Pumping and barley any milk?!

What is happening? Is something wrong with me????
I got maybe an half oz combined. My baby only nursed for a very short time this morning too (only 4 mins.)

Make sure you are relaxed before you pump. I’ve noticed if I’m stressed or feel tensed up, it’ll take forever to let down and I don’t get as much.

Look up milkymama and thelactatingmama on IG, they have so much helpful info about this stuff. It could be a couple different things going on so I’d check out their page. For me I was using the wrong size flange and needed different duckbills for my pump.
