Could I be pregnant?

So the 2nd and 3rd I had light spotting and 2 days ago I got a positive on a Kroger brand test. Today I took a first response and got a vvvvvfl. But I’ve been really crappy, slight spotting (not a lot) and I’ve been very emotional. I don’t know if I could be pregnant or not. Last cycle my period lasted for 3 weeks, and whenever I would a take an opk they would come back dark. But not positive. So me and my boyfriend decided to do you know, and according to my app I am 3 days late. What should I think? I’ll attach all the pictures below.
