Surprise: Inducing today!

So my baby has had some very concerning NSTs where his little heart rate is maintaining at above 180, usually closer to 200. So I’ve gone in 2x/week for several weeks. His heart rate was up again today so we decided to do an induction! Today!

Currently at the hospital. We agreed to do a foley bulb catheter to try and help with dilation and if that doesn’t work after 8 hrs, we’ll try a small dose of pitocin. Trying to labor as naturally as possible for as long as possible. Totally not what I thought would happen today.
