IVF thoughts....

So, we finished up our fertility testing.

1) my LH is higher than my FSH. My doctor says this suggests I’m not ovulating regularly. I have very irregular cycles - 28-40 days

2) my left fallopian tube is blocked proximal to my uterus according to HSG (could be false positive)

My OBGYN is sending us to a fertility clinic. She doesn’t want to use clomid due to fear of ectopic with the blocked Fallopian tube (could be partially blocked). She considering IVF for us.. I want some experiences please! Success rates, etc. Can we implant multiple embryos? Cost? My insurance will cover 50%.
