Low amniotic fluid

Last week I went to a private 3D ultrasound place to get a scan (I’m 29 weeks and a FTM) and the tech said I didn’t have a lot of amniotic fluid. I had a complementary rescan today and in the 3 days leading up to it I drank a little more than a gallon of water a day and ate half of a huge watermelon. At my rescan I had less fluid then before. I had my regular doctors appointment after that and I explained this to her to her and my doctor expressed some concern and told me to make an appointment with the high risk doctor for a fluid scan ASAP. I called the scheduler and they tried to fit me in for tomorrow but couldn’t so now I have to wait until Monday. I made the mistake of googling and now I’m genuinely freaking out. Should I call back and request to be squeezed in tomorrow? My cousin recommended another high risk doctor, should I call her office and see if she can get me in? Should I go to the ER? I’m just so scared and I’m going to be a mess by Monday.

UPDATE*

When I called the high risk doctor again someone had cancelled their appointment and I was able to get in in the afternoon. Everything is fine, they said I have plenty of fluid and baby is doing well. Apparently her head is lodged in my pelvis and the doctor feels that was the excuse the lady at the private ultrasound gave for not being able to get a clear picture. Thank you all for your advice and concern! I’m very thankful that I went today because I would have made myself crazy over the weekend.
