I’m really not sure, am I pregnant?

Hey family,

So my boyfriend and I have been active since the day after my last period (6/12) until the 4th of July. I’m now 2 days late for my period and I have began spotting brown discharge with very mild cramps. I took a pregnancy test for the first time ever tonight but it read “Not Pregnant”

However I’m still spotting, my period would normally spot for an hour and then flow blood. Could I have tested too early still turn out to be pregnant ?
