Feeling so lazy lately
I have always been such an active person but now I struggle to get 3-4 30-1 hour workouts in a week. I’m worried that now at 22 weeks it’s only going to get worse. Lately I’ve been doing mostly prenatal yoga when I remember to be active. Any tips??? Help mamas :(
