Why do I feel like this?? Can someone help me.!

I’m 22 weeks & 5 days. I was just sleeping right now & the minute I opened my eyes I instantly felt weird.. my stomach is hard & when I got up I had some lower belly cramps . I feel a strong urge of nausea .. idk why i haven’t felt nausea since 14 weeks. I feel so nauseous & I feel like I have to do diarrhea. I seriously feel like crap what can I do.???😩im currently in the bathroom trying to pass a bowel movement && I have a little bit of cramping in my lower belly
