Step-parent of a special needs child

Anyone a step-mom of a special needs child? Any advice? I feel like I’m not handling it correctly. She is autistic. Idk what to do. PLEASE no hate. I’m really looking for help here. I have a 10 year old daughter, she is 5, and we have a 15 month old son together.

It is ruining my relationship.
