TTC #1 after 6 consecutive miscarriages

🎀GirlMom 01/2023🎀

A few of you may already know about my recurrent miscarriages. For those that don't I'll copy & paste my previous at the end of this post...

So I was diagnosed in 2016 with PCOS. My ob ran labs, u/s to confirm I had PCOS, all labs were normal, uterus was normal but I had multiple cysts on each ovary. At this time in my life my periods were irregular, talking every 3-4 months. She prescribed metformin to regulate my hormones and provera to induce AF which helped but the side effects were CRAPPY!

I only took provera once because it was the absolute worse heavy period I ever had and was able to discontinue metformin after a year.

I've been off metformin going on 3 years and have had monthly cycles ever since!

Well... my ob referred me to a RE after my 3rd miscarriage to find out why I couldn't sustain a pregnancy passed 3-4. With my 2nd & 3rd pregnancy my OB prescribed progesterone suppositories, still ended in a miscarriage.

I had my 6th miscarriage 2 weeks ago and will be going back to my RE for additional labs. So far my RE tested my antibodies which came back and all other anticardiolipin came back normal except the anticardiolipin IGM which came back at 16. Normal range is 0-12. I tested again while pregnant 3 weeks ago and that same anticardiolipin IGM came back at 12. RE said they don't treat it unless its over 25.

Anyone else had issues sustaining pregnancy and what helped you sustain full term?
