Pap Smear Abnormal

Back story of what’s going on.

I got my first pap done about a few months and it came back abnormal and end up having hpv and they found some precancerous cells. I went the other day to speak to a Oncologist and he was saying how he doesn’t want to do any procedures to remove the cells because he said it could cause infertility issues in the future and see if my immune system could flush it out. He did do another pap to see how the cells were and he said that it looks moderate also told me that my cervix is backwards instead of it facing front like how it should be. I did receive these test results but I don’t get it. Can someone help me?
