Am I still 99.7% protected and in the perfect use percentge?

I started a new pack this Sunday and my usual time is 6:30 am but I accidentally took the first starting pill at 9:18 am. But from Monday to now, I’ve taken all the pills at my usual time and plan to for the rest of the pack. Since it was the first pill in the new pack which I took at a different time, would it make a difference in the pills effectiveness since it was just the first pill and the days after I took earlier?
