Great paying jobs that don’t require a diploma?

Question

I have a health Services Administration degree but I’m having a tough time finding a job in that field right now. 
Im job searching for anything that pays well right now since I’m a stay at home mom of two.. this whole pandemic has taken a toll on us so im really desperate to find a well paying job that i see myself working years in. 
Any advice will help

If you can lift 50-75lbs , dont mind rough smells and can find union work I highly recommend

I work as a REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)... you go to peoples houses and work with kids who have autism basically you teach them how to communicate instead of having behaviors ... I really like it since I have a kid with autism, you learn a lot too and you can teach you kids the strategies that you learn at work. 
Some of the jobs just need a high school diploma and they give you all the training and they even pay for your certification.

I mean a diploma leads to better jobs. Aldi or other stores pay like 12-15 an hour now I guess.
