APS and lovenox

Ok ladies, so I had 3 miscarriages and got diagnosed with APS and high uterine NK cells. They started me on intralipid infusions until 8 weeks pregnant and I have since stopped those because I am 24 weeks. They told me to take lovenox until 26 weeks. Everything I read said I should take it until 36! Which was weird. Well when I saw my OBGYN and high risk doctor they redid my APS blood work and are saying I don’t have it and want me to stop the lovenox injections. I’m so scared of having a miscarriage again that I don’t know what to do! Any advise? Thanks!!
