Type 1 diabetic

Not sure if this is the right forum... I'm type 1 diabetic and am currently ttc, we did letrozole femara pills 2 pills for 10 days. Anyways I'm 7dpo and for 24 hours my blood sugars have been over 200 even though I've taken my insulins. When I was pregnant with my son it was constantly high even though I took my insulin. Have any other diabetic mommies have this and had a bfp? Thank you ladies
