How to quit sleeping on my back- Tips/Tricks
Any advice on what worked for you when you tried to stop sleeping on your back during the second trimester?
I’m 16 weeks currently and sleep on my back naturally. Even if I go to sleep on my sides, I wake up on my back and have to turn back over on my sides or stomach, but the majority of the night is spent on my back. Even when putting pillows behind me, I just scoot over in my sleep on get comfy on my back🙄
