HCG Level Not Doubling

I’m really worried, I am 4-5 weeks pregnant had severe leg and abdominal pain last week and was admitted to the ER. They did an external scan and they said they thought they could see a sac but were worried about shape/colour. Did an internal scan 12 hours later and could see absolutely nothing. Took HCG levels and they were 520 and 48 hours later they only rose by 14%. No one at the hospital would tell me what this meant and told me I need to wait until Monday until a doctor can speak to me. I have no pain since that one episode last week and feel fine now with normal pregnancy symptoms including sore breasts which are getting sorer.

Everything I am reading online points to ectopic I’m terrified and can’t believe the hospital would make me wait until Monday to have someone explain what is happening.

Anyone have something similar happen? Good and bad experiences welcomed, I know no one personally I can speak to this about.
