Could your acupuncturist tell you were pregnant before your BFP?

I have been TTC #1 and seeing an acupuncturist for several months. My bbt chart has been getting much more normal, so it looks like my hormones are much more balanced now. I am 10dpo and this is the first month she said I might be pregnant based on my pulse and my bbt chart. She advised not to test until after missed period on Thurs. What do you guys think? Has your acupuncturist ever predicted a pregnancy for you? Should I wait to test?

Not acupuncture, but I saw a natural path the month I got pregnant. She uses your pulse and blood flow to measure your tolerance for certain foods. 
She asked where I was in my cycle and I said about 8dpo. She said she could tell my progesterone was really high and asked if I was trying to get pregnant.
2 days later I tested positive!
