Clear sticky nipple discharge 19 weeks.. normal?

I’m 19weeks tomorrow with our little rainbow girl 💕💕 after multiple miscarriages this is the farthest We’ve gotten!!
So being a FTM I don’t know if this is normal and google says it’s normal in the last trimester... but I’ve been having clear sticky discharge from my left boob. And only my left boob. And my left boob has been HURTING SO BAD. But my right boob Doesn’t hurt and no discharge.
Is it normal ??
