Possible pregnancy after laparoscopy surgery and quitting hormonal birth control?

I had a laparoscopy with excision and a diagnosis of uterine fibroids and endometriosis just over a month ago.

I stopped continuous birth control exactly one month ago.

I’ve been taking vitamins with folic acid, primrose oil, maca root, vitex...

Before I’d started taking birth control about 2 years ago, I had a 28 day cycle. If that’s still the case, I should be starting AF tomorrow unless I’ve conceived.

I don’t want to waste a test to just start my period right afterwards though.

Anyone out there gotten pregnant right after a lap surgery and quitting hormonal birth control?
