Working out or putting an inch of makeup on I felt disgusted of myself. So I began to try new
Things. I also went on YouTube looked up “motivational talks/ how to feel confident” I also talked to friends we pointed out our flaws and goals. I went to my boyfriend for that comfort and sexy talk. I listened to music connected myself. And on a journal I wrote down my flaws and beauties! I even blast out music did my makeup just cause took pictures lol to remind myself that I am beautiful. You are beautiful all you have to remember is that you’re here another day another chance & embrace new
