Whats going into labor like

Ok ladies so I was induced with my first and really don’t know what to expect or signs that I could be going into labor.

Can anyone help me out?

-Right now I can’t eat or drink anything without feeling sick or being sick

-sharp pains in my groin (she is already super low. Ultrasound tech said her head is basically touching my cervix)

- horrible heartburn

-minor back pain

-rock hard stomach on and off for like a week now

-urge to use the restroom but nothing

-decrease in movement

- haven’t really slept in like a week
