Paragard and late period

PLEASE HELP!!!

- cycle is usually 28-30 days

- Had Paragard non-hormonal copper IUD for 6 months

- spotting from cd 19 - cd 24 (brownish and clotty)

- period late by 11 days today

- cramps yesterday (sharp for a minute, then stop. Did this for a few hours) then some brown spotting all evening. I thought it was my period starting.

- All negative tests, just took another one today. (I've taken 9 tests so far....😳)

- I only use First response or Clearblue tests

- no more brown discharge today. Idk what is happening!!! I'm so anxious and can't understand what is happening to my body. Getting my IUD taken out because I can't deal with this stress anymore. Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a chance I'm still pregnant?
