I got my belly piercing and I need advice

Hii... so I got my belly pierced about a week and a half ago and I just wanted to know if it's either rejecting or infected its abit swollen only at the top ball and abit red and the ball looks like its sinking a little in I think that's because of the swelling and I'm a little chubby it's not pusing

around the skin around the bottom all is fine

I clean it with a saline soak but my cousin said just to be safe to clean it with spirits... I have hibitane which is what we generally use for cleaning the skin if we wax or tweeze... I was just wondering if anyone could help me this is my first piercings other than the only other one my parents got me when I was a kid which are the lobe ones and they dont know about it
