Heel blister?
So I have posted about how recently I’ve started walking/jogging/running. Well Friday morning I wore some different shoes, I did 5 miles in them. They weren’t new but I had only worn them casually before. My right heel has a horrible blister. I took the weekend off. I did one mile this morning with my favorite shoes. I bandaged the blister but it started hurting. I want to try again this evening, and am thinking maybe y’all who are more experienced runners have some advice on how to protect a heel blister and still get in a few miles. Additional note, the blister did pop on Friday during my walk/run. And the blister is about the size of a quarter. 😬
