NOT Baby related, idk who to ask 🥺

I’m just asking in case anyone else has experienced this 😬😬😬 i don’t want to have to drive to the hospital because it’s quite a drive and i would have to get a babysitter so please

So I got in a fight (Not something I normally do or started, I was just defending myself) and I got hit in the head. So when I got hit I guess I didnt really feel it because of the adrenaline or whatever but now I felt some kind of pain and I touched the area where I got hit and there’s a bump. Do I need to be seen by a dr or will I be fine? There’s no other symptoms like severe headache or dizziness or anything just wondering because of the lump? TIA
