Is it bad to eat more than one ounce of almonds?
Like will it cause any problems? I've googled it and the only thing that I've seen is that eating too many can cause weight gain since they have a lot of calories. But I'm struggling to eat more than 1000 calories a day and almonds are one of the only small but high calorie foods I have right now. So would eating 2 ounces of almonds a day be too much?
