When do you ladies start back?

Hey ladies! I had my daughter Nov. 2nd and I had a 1st degree laceration this is also my third child. And, I just wanted to know when did you start back working out? This is me 11 days pp

Girl please wait two or more months before u start working out... The body needs time to heal don't go rushing into this your LIFE depends on it BLOOP!!

I'll be starting soon I'm just over 6 weeks pp, has a couple first degree tears and have had an ok from my doctor yesturday to do more then I have (which has been housework.) Don't rush to much. The first 2-3 weeks are very important you take it easy as you can.

First step I took was cheking how far my abs seperated, I don't remember what its called but its important that they get worked back together before you start really working on your body. Especially your core or it can make it worse and you'll keep a post baby pooch because of it.  The exercises  to fix it start out really simple. Ab isolation etc. I slowly started them after 3weeks past and bleeding had stopped for about 5 days.

It's different for everyone. I was released at 5 weeks to get back to excersing. I also had a very easy labor and delivery with no tears. I walked and was very active my whole pregnancy.

I started 6 weeks pp as well. Just start back slow and don't get disappointed. I was so much weaker then working out while pregnant. Remember your body has gone through a lot.
