Feeling more religious now

I do not mean to offend anyone!!

Now that I am expecting I feel way closer to God. I have always been a bit of a skeptic despite being raised in a Christian household. I went to church a lot when I was in grade school and enjoyed the community aspect but became rather disjointed in my 20s, (I haven’t been to a normal service - except for holidays or baptisms in 10+ years).

But I find myself praying almost every night now (I’m almost 10 weeks) or at least having a conversation. I’m trying to be more grateful and not just ask for things.

Has anyone else experienced this? Again I’m so sorry if this is offensive, that is 100% not my intention!
