I am trying to eat as healthy as I can, but every time I go to eat dinner I can eat half and then I almost gets nauseous, disgusted feeling and I can’t eat anymore. It’s random. I’ll be okay one meal and not the next. I was craving a bowl of ice cream, I had three bites and couldn’t finish it. It turned gross to me. Anyone else feel like this? I don’t get food cravings per say, but I get in moods where I just can’t eat certain foods.
