Anyone live near Fort Wayne Indiana ?

I currently live in Pennsylvania and I’m thinking on moving to Indiana. My mom just moved there a month ago with her bf. Rent is way cheaper and there is nothing here for me anymore in PA. I currently live with my dad and grandparents and it is such a toxic household. I’m asking how can I start the process of moving. I’m 23 so this would be my first big move. Should I find a job first before I move out there? Do businesses consider those who are looking to move when applying? Any advice is welcome!
